Statement – Polish Porcelain Group
Dear Sir or Madam In order to meet market expectations and striving to ensure the development of our enterprises, we are constantly improving production and technological capabilities. Thanks to these changes, we are successfully building a leader – a manufacturer of porcelain tableware in Poland and one of the largest partners on European markets.
Our latest challenge this year is to meet the expectations created by our partners. on the one hand, on the increasing variety of styles and decorations offered, and on the other, maintaining price attractiveness on a highly competitive market.
These challenges require us to change our strategy regarding the use of our resources and production capacity. As a Polish Porcelain Group, we have a monthly production capacity of 1,600 tonnes in our three factories. Such great potential requires very precise management and smooth disposition of production orders, which we obtained thanks to the establishment of the Polish Porcelain Group. The next stage that brings us closer to achieving the goals that our partners expect from us is to allocate production potential in accordance with the best experience and technological capabilities of individual factories concentrated in our Capital Group.
As a result of these activities, we will be able to smoothly transfer the competences of our production units between individual locations. These activities will be characterized by concern for the further development of our brands “Ćmielów”, “Chodzież” and “Lubiana”, which are our greatest value, and care for their market position and image in the eyes of our trading partners is our priority.
In the near future, our three factories will be more and more integrated and in the perspective of several years will become one efficient production organism ensuring our trading partners meet expectations and will consolidate our leadership position for the next decades. They will also ensure dynamic development for our historical brands ‘Ćmielów’ and ‘Chodzież’, whose traditions date back over two hundred years and are our national heritage, which additionally obliges us to take special care to preserve their character and further development on the Polish and European market
